Because of the particularity, we don’t accept the return unless the following condition:
1, The item was damaged.
If the item you receive is damaged, please take a picture of the damaged item and contact our customer service within 24 hours after delivery. The delivery time is according to the official website of the logistics providers. You can ask for a refund, resend the same item or exchange another item. We are going to try our best to give you the satisfaction.
2, The item was wrong.
If the item you receive is NOT the one you ordered, please take a picture of the wrong one, and contact our customer service asap, we will process the issue immediately after receiving the detail.
3, You don’t like your item ordered.
You are not satisfied with your item ordered. Sometimes, there will be a little difference between the real color and the photos shown on the website. You can ask the return.
Attention, please contact our customer service within 24 hours after delivery. The delivery time is according to the official website of the logistics providers. And the item has to be unused stay in its original package, the plastic package shouldn’t be opened. Otherwise, the return won’t be accepted. The customer will take charge of the return fee, and 6.75$ will be reduced from the refund because of the operating cost.
